
TRX is the "in" thing in the gym now. It started out from USA and is now here is Sg. I've personally tried and tested it out for a good 30 minutes yesterday and I must say it is REALLY GOOD! My muscles were all wobbly after just 30 minutes. TRX works differently from the usual gym equipments (resistance machines) in a way that it is not static and requires a lot of body movement which involves cardio workout as well! Coolbeans right?! It's like everything- building power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility in one workout! And because of it's versatile nature, you get to choose the intensity of the workout by simply positioning yourself in a grade higher or lower (the position does make a big difference!).
My quads, hamstrings, obliques and everything else are aching like mad today. But I love this feeling after a great workout!
