Everything is all over the place and I have a long long to-find-out list at the end of everyday. Have to find out the vast conditions that geri patients have, ranging from Acute on Chronic Renal Failure(AoCRF) to cellulitis and maybe even constipation. Haha! My upper traps are killing me. Been taking panadol extend for it every other day so that I can continue to battle my workload at home. It IS that serious. I'm still not quite well adjusted to the acute setting but hope soon I'll be. The ahmas are so cute (:

My life saving pills
Everything is all over the place and I have a long long to-find-out list at the end of everyday.
